**Description**:



-The following tasks will be performed by external service provider:



- Development of front-end website architecture.
- Design of user interactions on web pages.
- Implement core business logic.
- Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Cross-platform optimisation.
- Design and develop APIs.
- Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
- Taking lead on projects, as needed.
- Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
- Writing clean, functional code on the front
- and back-end.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
- Meet both technical and consumer needs.
- Write technical documentation.

**Knowledge And Skills**:

- The Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:
- Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as JavaScript, HTML, TypeScript and CSS.
- Good knowledge with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap, and a good understanding of Redux and RxJS.
- Proficiency with back-end languages and frameworks such as Java and Spring boot. Hibernate is a plus.
- Familiarity with database technology (Oracle). Knowledge of DynamoDB is a plus.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to write clear and structured technical documents
- Ability to participate in technical meetings with good communication skills

**Specific Expertise**:

- Following specific expertise is appreciated for the performance of tasks:
- at least 3 years of specific expertise in Java & J2EE technologies (min. competence level 5)
- at least 3 years of specific expertise in Oracle RDBMS (min. competence level 5)
- at least 3 years of specific expertise in Angular (min. competence level 4)
- Experience in developing on AWS is valued.
