**Packs EMEA** (Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling) is looking for an exceptional **Intern, Loyalty & Customer Data**to join our **Digital Marketing & Loyalty**team based in **Antwerp, Belgium**.

**Let’s talk about the role**

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loyalty & Customer Data Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and optimizing customer data through BlueConic, our Customer Data Platform (CDP). Your contributions will help power personalized marketing initiatives, refine customer segmentation strategies, and support data-driven decision-making across all Packs brands.

**How You Will Make a Difference**

You will support the team in the following areas:

- ** Manage and optimize** the BlueConic platform on a daily basis, including tasks such as data ingestion, profile unification, and audience segmentation.
- ** Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager** in designing, building, and maintaining customer journeys and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally** with marketing, e-commerce, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across platforms.
- ** Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance** to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
- ** Document workflows and processes**, contributing to the development and refinement of best practices for effective CDP usage.
- ** Participate in cross-functional meetings**, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

**Collaboration**

You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer data is effectively leveraged across the business:

- ** Internal Teams**:
Collaborate with the **CRM & Loyalty Manager** (your direct supervisor), as well as teams across **digital marketing, CX, brand, and tech** to support targeted campaigns, personalized experiences, and data accuracy.
- ** External Partner**:
Engage with **BlueConic** for platform training and technical support

- ** Master a Leading Customer Data Platform (CDP)**:
Get hands-on experience with **BlueConic**, learning how to manage customer profiles, unify data from multiple sources, and build dynamic audience segments. Discover how CDPs enable personalized marketing and support omnichannel strategies.
- ** Explore Digital Marketing & Loyalty Strategy**:
Gain insight into how brands like **Kipling** build and nurture customer relationships. Learn how lifecycle marketing, retention campaigns, and loyalty programs are designed, executed, and optimized.
- ** Develop Data-Driven Thinking**:
Strengthen your analytical skills by interpreting customer behavior and campaign performance. Learn how to turn data into actionable insights that inform marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**:
Work closely with digital marketing, customer experience (CX), brand, and central analytics teams. Understand how different departments align around customer data to drive business goals and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- ** Gain Proficiency in Industry Tools**: BlueConic (Customer Data Platform), Shopify (E-commerce platform), Google Analytics (Web analytics), Google Ads (Search and display advertising), Meta Ads (Social media advertising).

**Skills for Success**

We’re looking for someone who is:

- ** Fluent in English**, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Passionate about customer data, digital marketing, and CRM technologies**, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- ** Detail-oriented and analytical**, with a proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
- ** A strong communicator and team player**, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- ** Proficient in Excel**, with bonus points for experience in **SQL** or **data visualization tools** (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
