**Information Risk Manager - Information Risk Management**:

Contributes to the design, preparation and coordination of programs and projects of the NFR and ORM function, to challenge, advise and support the identification, analysis and mitigation by 1st Line of Defense/business of non-financial risks, raising the NFR awareness throughout ING and checks that the 1st Line of Defense/business is complying with the risk appetite and escalates where necessary.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Identify and map non-financial risks, and advise on preventive and mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance with implementation of policies and standards
- Support and assist Senior Management with any risk related question
- Able explain internal and external regulations in a clear and understandable fashion

- State the minimum qualifications and competences required to successfully perform the job. _
- At least 7 years IT risk management (2nd Line of Defense) experience, financial services industry a plus
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere
- Working knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, NIST frameworks
- Industry certifications (CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, etc) are a plus
- Effectively communicate (written and verbal) professionally in English; fluency in French and/or Dutch a plus
- Able explain internal and external regulations in a clear and understandable fashion
- Excellent negotiation skills and find “win/win” opportunities
- Display a perfect balance between creativity and analytical skills
- Can identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with a project
- Fully at ease building effective working relationships with internal clients and provide high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
