**Functieomschrijving**
Stap binnen in de boeiende wereld van biotechnologie bij onze klant in Leuven. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in de productie van DNA-strengen die een cruciale rol spelen in diagnostische tests. Hun productieproces is halfautomatisch en draait op volle toeren, waarbij snelheid en efficiëntie voorop staan.
Voor het GMP team zoeken we een laborant.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Het uitvoeren van cruciale taken, zoals de splitsing van vaste dragers, deprotectie, concentratie, kwantificering en QC-bemonstering van oligonucleotiden.
- Het beheren en controleren van reagentia.
- Het uitvoeren van geavanceerde analyses met spectrofotometers en vloeistofbehandelingsapparatuur om ervoor te zorgen dat onze oligo's voldoen aan de strenge specificaties van onze klanten.
- Het opstellen van verzenddocumentatie en andere essentiële documentatie voor het eindproduct.
- Het interpreteren van QC-resultaten en ervoor zorgen dat individuele oligo's accuraat worden geformuleerd en verwerkt.
- Het uitvoeren van noodzakelijke desinfectieprocedures en zorgen voor volledige naleving van alle vereiste protocollen.
- Het deelnemen aan audits van klanten en regelgevende instanties om te laten zien dat we voldoen aan de hoogste normen.
**Profiel**
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in de chemie, FBT, bio of een vergelijkbare discipline.
- Je hebt uitstekende kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
