Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als Security Officer garandeer je de veiligheid van klanten, reizigers en personeel op het spoorwegdomein.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je zal werken in het Security Operations Center dat verantwoordelijk is voor de veiligheidsincidenten op het spoorwegdomein en de communicatie met andere veiligheids-, politie
- en hulpdiensten. Er wordt ook nauw samengewerkt met het Railway Operations Center (ROC). De Securail-ploegen worden er in realtime opgevolgd en camerabeelden gemonitord.- Je hebt volgende taken:
- Je behandelt telefonische oproepen van medewerkers van NMBS, Infrabel, externe partners en reizigers over safety en security. Je stuurt de veiligheidsagenten op het terrein aan.
- Je ondersteunt de diensten op het terrein en biedt de nodige hulp en bijstand bij incidenten. Je gebruikt daartoe doelgerichte communicatietechnieken. Je werkt mee aan een optimale samenwerking tussen de telefonische oproepen en de camerabewaking.
- Je ondersteunt je Teamlead in de coördinatie van een aantal activiteiten.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma of een bewijsstuk of een attest van slagen, afgeleverd door het hoger onderwijs van het korte type voor sociale promotie dat als gelijkwaardig wordt beschouwd met het voormeld diploma met volledig leerplan;
- Je bezit een nationaliteit van een lidstaat van de Europese Economische Ruimte of van de Zwitserse Bondsstaat.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
- Je houdt van onregelmatige werkuren. Als Security Officer werk je volgens een onregelmatig uurrooster, ook in het weekend.
- Je beschikt over onderstaande competenties: Je handelt diplomatisch en integer.
- Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en volgt de procedures en richtlijnen strikt op. Je werkt graag in team.
- Je kan om met stressvolle situaties.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, ook in het Frans.
- Het is een pluspunt als je ervaring hebt als operator in een callcenter, oproep
- of alarmcentrale.
