Transformation Office Director

**Purpose of the department**:
“Support SD Worx to achieve sustainable & faster growth, both organic & an-organic, putting the customer central in everything we do.”

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Strategic consulting**:

- Support CEO, Excom and the broader SD Worx leadership team with the yearly strategic cycle (incl. facilitating strategic workshops, define storylines, prepare board presentations,)
- Define key strategic programs & lead their execution. Some examples (non-exhaustive):

- Set up of new SD Worx countries
- Coordinate due diligence of (potential) new acquisitions

**2) Business consulting**:

- Be the trusted advisor of all functions & divisions within SD Worx providing generic business support/consulting. Some examples (non-exhaustive):

- Lean & digital process optimization (CET)
- Talent taskforce (HR)
- Building one Adessa (Adessa)
- Post-Merger Integration of new acquisitions (SD Worx wide)
- Standardization of Implementation methodology (CET)
- Set-up of procurement function (Finance)
- Fast-close project (Finance)
- Lead the “Bright Sparks”, a young talent program where new young talented colleagues are onboarded, submerge in business consulting assignment(s) and thereafter flow through to key positions within SD Worx
- Lead the internal “Global Program mgmt. Office (PMO)” which is responsible to drive standardization & improvements across our different implementation teams

**3) Grow & lead SD Worx Competence Center**:

- Prepare and manage the Competence Centers to become the main area of employee growth within SD Worx. Grow population towards 30% of overall SD Worx staff by 2027. Today we have 3 competence centers (Mauritius, Malaga/Granada, Katowice)
- Build together with the business leaders of SD Worx a staffing plan
- Develop career paths and remuneration strategy for the CC’s
- Explore new locations for additional CC’s (we strive to have CC’s with not more than 250EE’s)
- Make sure the hire and development of the teams within the CC is working well
- Build an overarching culture within the CC’s
- Own the CC’s budgets + look at potential subsidies
- Make sure that the matrix works well:

- The teams in the CC’s report into the business of SD Worx
- The CC-management is responsible to make sure the CC’s run well and support the demand from the business
- The teams in the CC’s report into the business of SD Worx

**Reporting line**:

- Day to day reporting towards the COO
- Will report on a quarterly basis back to the Excom about the progress in TO and CC
- Works closely and support Excom and CEO for all major programs (M&A, investments, strategic plans,.)

**Budgetary responsibility**:

- Directly managing:

- ~3m€ (incl. ~2m€ in new investments per year)
- ~40-45 (internal) FTE
- Indirectly managing (today, needs to further grow):

- 3 competence centers (Mauritius, Katowice & Malaga/Granada)
- ~ 850 FTE (650 FTE in MAU, 80 FTE in Poland & 120 FTE in Spain)

**Required competences**:

- Senior management experience in leading large teams and leading change management programs
- Able to develop a strategy and think out of the box
- Experience with translating corporate strategy into actionable roadmaps
- Can operate in a matrix-structure
- People oriented
