Key responsibilities are:
Efficient and correct processing of inbound deliveries in and outbound shipping from our Zwijndrecht warehouses.
- Taking care of the administrative receiving activities
- Organize transport according to all national and international guidelines
- Register in SAP all inbound and outbound activities
- At our transportation desk, serving truck drivers quickly and efficiently to the correct warehouse
- Working closely with external fowarders, Warehouse & Planning departments.
- Responsible for controlling the costs and services of our transportation department
- Participates/leads improvement projects

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced bachelor in logistic function (national and international shipping and receiving) or equal by relevant experience.
- Knowledge of import/export legislation and corresponding documentation
- Practical user experience in a SAP environment is a plus
- ADR certificate
- Computer skills : Excel and Word
- Languages : Dutch, English + every extra language is a plus ( German, French,)
- 100% integer, flexible, pragmatic and stress resistant
- Positive mindset and excellent team player
- Respect for procedures and agreements
- Good organizing skills resulting in efficient, yet flawless working
- Strong communicator

As a Sourcing Sub-Category Lead (M/F/*) EMEA for Purchased Finished Goods based in Langenthal, Switzerland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Developing and implementing EMEA sourcing strategies,_
- _ Ensuring supply continuity to the 3M plants & Distribution Centers within volatile market conditions,_
- _ Managing Supplier Portfolio: Supply base assessment and consolidation. Regular meetings to discuss target attainment, _active projects, and constraints incl. cost reduction activities,_
- _ Contracting and negotiating with assigned key suppliers,_
- _ Leading Supplier Performance Management._

Your Skills and Expertise:

- _ Experience in Strategic Sourcing (2+ years),_
- _ Professional Negotiation Techniques,_
- _ Project Management Skills,_
- _ Experience in working in large, complex matrix organizations,_
- _ Strong analytical thinking and demonstrates problem-solving ability._
- _ Bachelor level university or college degree in Business Administration/ Economics._

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
