**Primary Responsibilities**
- Support Inpria’s weekly Fab operations at Imec
- Perform lithographic exposures and SEM/Thin Film/Defect measurements to meet internal characterization objectives
- Enter and process data in a reliable, efficient, and correct manner
- Sustain cleanroom-based physical and chemical characterization procedures
- Identify and address out-of-spec processes and process steps
- Work on specific improvement projects and drive to completion
- Communicate and engage with a diverse team of chemists and engineers

**Key Qualifications**
- Secondary school with a technical background and 3 years plus of experience in a laboratory or semiconductor manufacturing environment or a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry
- Experience with lithography, defectivity, and metrology equipment is a plus
- Self-driven and proactive in achieving goals
- Well organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Active and effective communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Currently able to legally work in the EU
