**Introductie**:
Expertum is momenteel op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider. Deze uitdagende positie is beschikbaar bij een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de regio.
**Functie**:
Als Projectleider speel je een cruciale rol bij het succesvol beheren en uitvoeren van diverse projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle aspecten van het project, inclusief planning, budget, middelen en communicatie. Je taken omvatten onder andere:
- Het definiëren en afstemmen van projectdoelstellingen, scope en deliverables.
- Het opstellen van een gedetailleerd projectplan, inclusief tijdschema’s en resourceplanning.
- Het coördineren en aansturen van het projectteam om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
- Het bewaken van de projectvoortgang, het identificeren van risico’s en het nemen van tijdige maatregelen.
- Het onderhouden van goede communicatie met alle belanghebbenden, zowel intern als extern.
- Het rapporteren van projectstatus, resultaten en eventuele afwijkingen aan het management.
**Functie-eisen**:
- Je beschikt over een relevante bachelor
- of masteropleiding.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als Projectleider, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare branche.
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en kunt goed werken onder druk.
- Je bent een sterke communicator en kunt effectief samenwerken met diverse belanghebbenden.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en kunt probleemoplossend denken.
- Je hebt een resultaatgerichte aanpak en streeft naar het behalen van succesvolle projectresultaten.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
