**About the role**

We are looking for a **hands-on, analytical, and communicative Demand Planner** to join our **Supply Chain team** at our EMEA headquarters in Mechelen.

Reporting to the **Supply Chain Manager**, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities will span **demand planning, inventory management, sales forecasting**, and **production planning**, all aligned with our European Supply Chain procedures.

**How you will contribute**
- Develop and refine **sales forecasts** in collaboration with the Sales team at customer/material level.
- Propose and implement strategies to **enhance forecast accuracy**.
- Monitor **sales targets** from key customers and track order placements.
- Analyze and validate **production requirements** based on service levels and inventory goals.
- Address **demand-related challenges** proactively and effectively.
- Collaborate with fellow Demand Planners to **optimize workflows**.
- Maintain **cross-functional communication** with departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Sales, RA/QA, and Customer Service.
- Ensure all activities comply with **JSOX and ISO quality standards**, while embodying **Nipro’s core values**.

- Experience with **SAP** is a plus.
