As an **Solutions/Application Architect**, you will work on strategic projects and help to reshape the solutions. You are responsible for designing the Cloud Native services and solutions using the latest best practices and technologies and participating in providing an extensible ecosystem allowing OneSpan to enable new business models and new opportunities to grow its business. You will communicate and collaborate with enterprise architects, software engineers, security specialists, DevOps specialists, product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to contribute to product evolution, and acquire new knowledge and skills.

**Responsibilities**

Responsible for the functional and solution design of DaaS and fulfilment solutions.
- Be the driver and define the functional and technical solutions and architecture to solve customers' problem or new features.
- Develop or contribute to the development of software prototypes or products as required to meet important corporate goals.
- Produce quality, fully justified, implementable, and consistent product specification deliverables, including functional specifications, architecture documents, use case models, user interaction models, workflows and related artefacts
- Provide architectural support to development team. Participate in architecture and functional design and test scenario reviews
- Perform technical analysis activities. Serve as technical consultant during software implementation
- Provide technical presentations and trainings
- Assist PM, Sales, TAM in pre-sales & post-sales technical actions (workshop, RFP )

**Requirements**:

- Master of Science in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud-based solution development is required
- Must have experience in designing microservices and cloud-native solutions
- Experience with REST, GraphQL
- Knowledge of SQL database and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of cryptography principles and security practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills with a high level of customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with the ability to put ideas into concrete form
- A natural problem solver with excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and dedicated individual with a results-oriented and committed approach to teamwork.
