Le chef de projet électricité tertiaire est responsable de A à Z des chantiers dont il s'occupe, depuis le devisage jusqu'à la réception finale. Ses activités incluent l'organisation, le contrôle et la direction d'une ou plusieurs équipes de technicens et la collaboration avec les services internes lui fournissant du support. Il/elle gère sous-traitants et fournisseurs, maintient la relation avec ses clients et recherche de nouvelles opportunités de chantiers/projets, conformément à la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise.

Ses projets sont axés sur la réalisation d'installations électriques et électromécaniques sophistiquées pour les marchés publics et privés, y compris les bâtiments, les infrastructures de santé, les banques, les industries et les parkings.

**Responsabilités**
- Préparer des offres de prix, des soumissions, préparer des études d’installation.
- Contacts avec les fournisseurs, passation des commandes fournisseurs et comparatif d’offre.
- Contacts avec les clients, bureaux d’études, architectes.
- Planifier les interventions chantiers avec le personnel (en concertation avec le planning) et/ou matériel.
- Visite et suivi de chantier et inspection périodique, participer aux réunions de chantier et rédaction des rapports si besoin, rédiger les documents : PPSS, analyses des risques,
- Surveiller le respect des règles en matière Sécurité, vérifier que les travaux exécutés sur chantier sont réalisés dans les règles prescrites.
- Contrôler les prestations et les frais, analyse du budget et de la rentabilité chantier, établir la facturation des chantiers et faire le suivi administratif et budgétaire de ses chantiers.
- Contrôler le matériel sur chantier et les équipements dont j’ai la responsabilité.
- Participer aux réunions périodiques avec le service et aux sessions de travail dans le cadre du développement de l’entreprise.
- Participer activement à la gestion de la qualité de la division et respecter les procédures internes.
- Donner des instructions au conducteur de chantier.
- Etablir des plans, des consignes claires pour une bonne compréhension des demandes faites aux équipes.
- Etablir le dossier As built.
- Collaborer avec les départements internes.

**Profil recherché**
- Formation : Diplôme en génie électrique ou électrotechnique, ou expérience équivalente
- Connaissances techniques des équipements électriques et des installations typiques du tertiaire, ainsi qu'une connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de sécurité électrique.
- Gestion de projet : planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les activités du projet.
- Communication : capacité de communiquer efficacement avec l'équipe du projet, les clients et les fournisseurs. Capacité de présenter des rapports clairs et précis sur l'état d'avancement du projet.
- Travail en équipe, résistance au stress, proactivité, adaptabilité et résolution de problèmes
