Head of Product

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager who is passionate about building digital products that customers love.

**About CurveCatch**

CurveCatch is a Belgian venture-backed startup changing the way people shop for undergarments. We do this through our home try-on service across brands (similar to Stitch Fix), powered by intelligent recommendations. We’re bringing the specialty shop experience online.

Since launching as a side project to jobs at Google and Accenture 2 years ago, we’ve served over 2000 customers with an NPS of 95 and 70% of customers that refer us. We raised from strategic angels, accelerator XX in San Francisco and a grant from the amazing Y Combinator.

**Responsibilities**:
Your mission is to help CurveCatch scale across Europe (and potentially the US) to €13M in sales by 2026 all the while keeping our customers happy at a minimum NPS of 80.
- You will gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- You will grow the CurveCatch platform and help our service mature in terms of user journeys and features.
- You will translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- You will scope and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
- You will own and help execute the product roadmap for 3 types of stakeholders: end consumers, brand partners and operational/internal team members.
- For each of these stakeholders you will optimize for different needs:

- Our product for end consumers needs to be optimized towards NPS, conversion rates, average order values, retention, etc.
- Our product for brand partners needs to be optimized towards onboarding speed, efficiency, product offerings, long-term engagement, inventory rotation, costs.
- Our product for operations need to be optimized towards efficiency and costs.
- You will work with different people and skillsets across marketing, design, software engineering, data science, operations and founders.
- For part of the role, you will test the existing product as a specific persona (i.e consumer, brand, operational). Doing this will help you to identify gaps and opportunities in our product and make recommendations for improvements.
- You’ll launch a pilot in the Netherlands and identify gaps to our blueprint strategy to expand to the rest of Europe (and the US).
- This role is 80% execution, 20% strategy with plenty of autonomy and room to grow - we’d love to support you in developing into our future COO/CPO.

**Must have qualifications**

You’re a genius that came from Venus to help people on Earth find better bras with 100 years of experience. Instead of a hammer, you catapult the bad guys with thongs :).

Or, you’re a great person that is looking to start a new adventure in a fast-paced startup. If you don’t have the must have experience but make up for it in brains and personality, please still apply:

- Minimum 3 years of experience putting products in production in a startup or scale-up. E.g. experience as a product manager/owner/designer.
- You’re great at planning as 80% of our role will be forward looking.
- You don’t mind getting your hands dirty as 20% of your role will be testing existing processes in order to plan for the future.
- You love internal and external stakeholder management and are curious about the different skillsets in a team just enough that you want to scratch the surface of all of them, but not enough to specialize in just one.
- You love targets, KPI’s and working towards a deadline.
- Experience in project management.

**Nice to have qualifications**
- You’ve worked as a UX designer, marketer or in a technical role.
- Experience at a marketplace, e-commerce company, a retailer, an undergarments company or a DTC brand.
- You’ve created (low-fidelity) wireframes before and mapped out user journeys.
- You’ve launched new markets or new subcategories before.
- You’ve worked with fulfillment centers or logistic partners before.

**About the team**
- Kimia (ex-Googler and CEO) recently led our fundraise and is now going out to pitch brands and heading up growth & marketing.
- Nils (Computer Vision Engineer and CTO) is working mostly on our software and recommender systems and taking on the role you’d be doing.
- We’ll be at least 5 people by the end of this year including our amazing junior marketeer Dewy and a full stack developer that is currently being hired, working together with a super UX and performance marketing freelancer.
