**Working as a medior consultant at The Master Labs**

As a good planner, you manage the work that needs to be done to successfully deliver a project by defining a **plan of action from A to Z**. For example, you ensure that important milestones are followed up and achieved, you plan the analysis approach, how to report,Besides, you monitor the project's output and outcome, where you know how to challenge or adapt where necessary to **guarantee good end quality**.

No challenge is too big for you since you are a **strategic problem solver**. You gather all necessary information to concretely map the problem, define pain points and opportunities, and dare to challenge the business; you discuss several solutions for the problem with the concerned parties to eventually decide and develop a detailed implementation plan.

We expect you to be a real **team player** to make everything run smoothly. You are always ready to help colleagues, develop initiatives to promote cooperation, give feedback and coach where necessary. On the other hand, you can quickly establish and maintain contact with the customer. Moreover, your empathetic attitude allows you to work easily with different people.

Besides your job as a consultant at The Master Labs, you have the opportunity to be a **teacher** on a regular base. This means that you provide training to our customers and partners through our own The Master Labs Academy, the most extensive training provider in business and digital transformation. In addition, in collaboration with our e-learning platform, The Master Channel, we also develop online courses. In this way, we share our knowledge with the outside world, so we don't only bring our people but also the broader business community to a higher level.
