BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
TheJuniorMarket Managerensures the growth and profitability of the market segment for whichshe/he is responsible.She/he defines and implements the marketing and commercial strategy and action plans ofher/his segment, in line with the strategic orientations of the division.
The position is responsibleto ensurethe communication and proper deployment of the action plan among sales teams andmeasure ROI.
Responsibilities start when the product is available for production: fromthe launch plan, theconception of all the marcom toolstothe communicationand trainingamong thesales teams and thecustomers in charge.
The positionis responsible for executing effective marketing campaignsand communication for traditional& digital technologies, in collaboration with the sales, digital and marketing teams.
She/he is also in charge of the marketing action plan of the brandssold in the market incollaboration with category managers.
Theultimate goal is to “pull the demand” and create value around our brands in the eyes of the end-users, our channel partners and the entire marketplace while also delivering above market sales growth, especially from innovative and differentiated products.
True‘voice of the customer' ofhis/her market segment,she/hehighlightstocategory managers specific needs of the segmentso asto evolve the offer and contribute to innovation.

**Responsibilities**:
Push Strategy& Execution
- Trade marketing plan and executionfor the 80 customers of the marketin coordination withsales manager.
- Create andmaintain up to date the toolbox for salesteams: Catalogs, sales arguments, POS tools,...
- Promotion of the product ranges dedicated to thesegment: launch plan,creation of local tools, update of local digital contents, advertising, press, regular and specific promotion
- Coordinate local customer events
- Ensure branding strategy is applied locally

Pull Strategy and execution
- Definition of a local plan to pull the demand from the end users of your market.
- Inboundmarketing: Building of a localdata baseof customers and end users to set up strong automation scenarios.
- Develop innovative digital tools and communication meansto attractthe end users.
- Loyalty program management

Budgetmanagement
- Implement andmonitor the assigned Marcom plan / budget.
- Analyzeimpact and return of the actions. Maintain metrics for tracking/reporting marketing activities to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

Local Market Intelligence
- Support with the analysis of competitorsproviding with relevant information from the field to Marketing Managers.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degreerequired (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years ofdemonstrated experience inmarketingor marketing communications.
- Fluent inEnglish,Dutch and German
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication, both oral and written
- Strong and creative presentation skills.
- Passion and drive to deliver results
- Working knowledge ofMicrosoftsoftwares (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook) andwebcreative tools (Canva,..). Basic knowledgeon Adobecreatice suite would be a plus.
- Ability to understand business strategy and its marketingimplication.
- Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively.
- Good time managementskills; ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced.
- Availabilityto travel ifrequired for the job.
