The scope, here, is to lead the full cycle of industrial electrical and instrumentation projects, from studies to commissioning, in high-stakes chemical and pharmaceutical environments.

The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:

- Needs Analysis - Define E&I scope, deliverables, HSE limits, and key standards (IEC, ATEX, SIL...).
- Planning & Budget - Build a detailed schedule. Set and track E&I cost; flag variances early.
- Engineering & Docs - Oversee drawings, instrument lists, wiring diagrams. Keep technical files and final “as-built” dossiers current.
- Procurement & Contracts - Write technical specs. Review bids and manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Site & Commissioning - Coordinate installation, FAT/SAT, loop checks. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on-site
- Reporting & Risk - Update KPIs (cost, time, progress). Issue weekly reports and action plans.
- Continuous Improvement - Capture lessons learned; suggest process and design improvements.

The experience we are actively looking for:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial electricity and instrumentation
- Previous exposure to chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical sites
- Ability to operate in compliance with ATEX, GMP and SIL standards
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, eplan or elec-calc for electrical schematics
- Exposure to DCS/PLC systems and instrumentation loops
- Immediate availability and presence in Belgium are preferred
