Bij TEC, jouw partner in technische consultancy, zijn we op zoek naar een Trade Compliance & Customs Consultant met stevige ervaring in internationale handelsregelgeving en douaneprocedures. Heb jij een passie voor wetgeving, risicobeheersing en procesoptimalisatie? Dan hebben wij dé uitdaging voor jou binnen een strategisch team dat actief is in de volledige EMEAF-regio.
Wat ga je doen?
Als consultant binnen het EMEAF Trade Compliance Team, ondersteun je het bedrijf bij het naleven van de steeds veranderende internationale import/exportregelgeving. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:
- Fungeren als Subject Matter Expert rond douane
- en handelswetgeving voor alle import/export-processen
- Opvolgen van wijzigingen in regelgeving, analyseren van de impact op de business en hierover proactief communiceren
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van nieuwe compliancy-processen die aansluiten bij de wetgeving en best practices
- Optimaliseren van bestaande workflows om vertragingen te beperken en risico’s te vermijden
- Geven van trainingen aan interne stakeholders rond procedures en compliance awareness
- Actief meewerken aan strategische projecten van het EMEAF-team en incidentmanagement bij compliance issues
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor autoriteiten en douane-instanties, inclusief rapportering en communicatie
Jouw profiel
Wie zoeken we?
We zoeken een expert met de juiste juridische bagage én praktische ingesteldheid:
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Trade Compliance of Customs
- Opleidingsachtergrond in Rechten of aantoonbare juridische kennis (Master in Law is een pluspunt)
- Zelfstandig, proactief en sterk in ownership nemen
- Vlotte communicator, analytisch sterk en stressbestendig
- Vloeiend Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling); Nederlands is een extra troef
- Ervaring in een industriële context (Oil & Gas, Energy...) is mooi meegenomen
Wij bieden jou
Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur met een aantrekkelijk salaris op maat, bieden wij je:
- Je kan een brutoloon verwachten tussen 3000 en 3500 bruto;
- maaltijdcheques van 8 euro per gewerkte dag;

- eco-cheques met een max. van 250 euro per jaar;
- de kans om een groot netwerk op te bouwen;
- de mogelijkheid om je ervaring en kennis te delen met andere TEC consultants
Deze opdracht kan ook als freelancer uitgevoerd worden:
- Betalingstermijn van 15 dagen na factuurdatum
