**LOCATION**

Brussels, Walloon or Flanders region

**ROLE**
- In charge for the quality of the technical design that meets the functional requirements and is at the same time consistent with architectural guidelines
- Understand the functional and non-functional requirements
- Form a bridge between the teams involved in implementation of the solution definition
- Deliver technical test scenarios
- Perform system tests and interpret test results
- Provide technical support throughout the implementation process
- Participate, set up and validate POC

**Requirements**:
**PROFILE**
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in IT or Business Economics
- At least 5 years’ experience
- Strong technical IT affinity
- ou speak, read and write fluent French and/or Dutch and English

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE**

**MANDATORY**
- Experience in technical analyses and development on distributed platform (JAVA)
- Experience in development and service oriented architecture
- Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology

**PREFEREBALE**
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft technology, frameworks, solutions, and tools
- TFS/ Azure DevOps is a plus
- Up to date with newest developments
- ++ Experience working on Design and Architecture of solutions on Java Stack _**_is a PLUS _**_++_
- ++ Knowledge in TOGAF _**_is a PLUS _**_++_

**SOFT SKILLS**
- Autonomous with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Teamwork, but can also work independently
- Outstanding ability to work under stress in emergency situations
- Attention to detail while seeing the bigger picture
