**Uitdagende functie als Supply Chain Manager voor gekende innovatieve industriële speler op de markt.**
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Voor onze klant is Hays op zoek naar een Supply Chain Manager. Als Supply Chain Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en optimalisatie van de logistieke processen en systemen. Je staat in voor de inbound en outbound logistieke activiteiten binnen de productie met als doel een tijdige aanlevering van goederen en producten te garanderen. Je neemt de leidingen in deze logistieke projecten en hebt als doel het voortdurend verbeteren en optimaliseren van de logistieke flow en communicatie tussen diverse partijen (intern, leveranciers, logistiek, productie/fabriek en eindklant). Je ondersteunt naar materiaalbeheer, productieplanning en voorraadoptimalisatie. Je bepaalt doelstellingen voor de voorraad en zorgt voor een evenwicht tussen mínimale stock & maximale beschikbaarheid, onderhoudt regelmatige contacten met leveranciers alsook interne afdelingen. Als laatste coördineer je de introductie van nieuwe producten of productie-layoutwijzigingen en coach & stimuleer je je medewerkers.
**Jouw profiel**
Idealiter behaalde je een bachelor/master in Engineering of andere technische achtergrond. Daarnaast heb je zeker enkele jaren ervaring in soortgelijke positie. Het opzetten en beheren van logistieke processen binnen de supply chain flow/keten zijn je vertrouwd. Ervaring met reeds leidinggevende ervaring van een team is een pluspunt. Bijkomend heb je een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels. Tot slot ben je een echte team player waar iedereen op kan bouwen.
