**EMEA SCM Business Analyst**

As the EMEA SCM Business Analyst, you support the Performance Management strategy and roadmap within EMEA Supply Chain Management.
You drive acceleration and engagement for reporting and data-driven decision-making in the area of Supply Chain Management. You will do this by leading and supporting related projects on the digitalization and development of data standardization and data governance. With your contribution, you ensure a data-driven culture in the entire Supply Chain and lead data-related projects, and collaborates with global teams.

With 4 other colleagues, you will be part of the Performance Management team and you report to Lars Kluge, Performance Management Lead. The position will preferably be based in Hoofddorp (NL) but we are open to other locations in EMEA with the exemption of Germany and France.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Supply Chain Excellence collaboration & Mindset**

**Driving Performance & Excellence**
- Leads regional performance management projects and participates in global projects as SME.
- Leads workstreams in regional performance management programs or leads smaller projects.
- Build and maintain dashboards the business can access to make decisions.
- Drives the standardization of reports and dashboards across EMEA.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed in close collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Guarantee integrity and accuracy of data, including data & KPI definitions.
- Identify correct data sources in a changing environment together with global IT teams.
- Participate in Global Network or Metrics forums to share and adopt Best Practices.
- Convince & support stakeholders to use data-driven solutions in day-to-day business.
- Ensures adoption of global KPIs and metrics, and develops local metrics KPIs where appropriate.
- Develop new dashboards and KPIs to measure and follow the efficiency of processes and tools.
- Influences the organization to build a data-centric mindset, from building data acumen to improving data quality and data standardization

**WHO YOU ARE**
- MA/MBA degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of experience in business management and/or Supply Chain; cross-functional work and/or people management in a culturally diverse team (preferred).
- Data Stewardship mindset, Data integrity focus.
- Key competencies: Customer Focus, Strategic Mindset, Drives Results, Drives Vision & Purpose, Manages Ambiguity.
