Accounting Manager

**Function**:
As **Accounting Manager**, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability of financial reporting (IFRS and BE GAAP), supervising a team of 7 professionals, and coordinating internal and external audits. You report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with various internal departments and external partners.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the Accounting & Credit Control team (7 people)
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Guarantee compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal standards
- Oversee credit control and optimize working capital
- Coordinate audits and maintain effective internal controls
- Contribute to continuous improvement, digitalization, and cross-functional projects

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial role in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and BE GAAP standards
- Proven experience in financial closing, audit coordination, and tax compliance
- Strong leadership, precision, results-driven mindset, and continuous improvement approach
- Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO)
