At Mary's we are a brand new quirky Irish pub opening soon in Ieper. Our mission is to bring authentic Irish hospitality, great drinks, and tasty food to the heart of the city. We’re building a team that’s passionate about creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere for every guest.

We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff and Waiting Staff to join our opening team.

Responsibilities include:

- Serving drinks and food to customers with excellent customer service
- Operating the bar - pouring pints, making cocktails, handling payments
- Taking and delivering orders accurately
- Keeping the bar, tables, and pub areas clean and organised
- Working effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly Irish welcome
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Helping with opening and closing duties

**Requirements**:

- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy pub
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential - training is provided
- Must be legally eligible to work in Belgium
