**Mission**
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and optimization of our Business Process Management (BPM) solution, which is built on the Flowable platform. Your expertise in BPM, Flowable, and the Finance or Identity sector will be crucial in driving our projects to success. You will be a key player in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions._

**Responsibilities**

This is what we expect of you:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions using the Flowable platform.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and process flows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Ensure the quality and performance of BPM solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (Finance, Identity, IT, etc.) to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BPM processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of BPM processes and technical specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BPM trends and Flowable platform updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BPM development processes.
- Participate in project planning and estimation.

**We would be happy to see**
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Senior BPM Developer.
- Hands-on expertise with the Flowable platform.
- A solid understanding of the Finance and/or Identity sector, including applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Dutch or French is a strong plus.
- Experience working with BPMN process engines such as Flowable, Camunda, or Activiti.
- Familiarity with API development and testing tools like Postman.
- Programming experience in Java.
- A good grasp of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Comfortable working in cloud environments (GCP experience is a big plus).
- Ability to create and interpret web sequence diagrams.
