**Functieomschrijving**:
Jij bent de Client Expert die eerstelijns support verleent aan onze klanten en beantwoordt vragen rond allerhande topics: Finance, Technisch, contracten, etc. Je hebt hierbij dagelijks contact met klanten en leveranciers, zowel telefonisch als via mail. Je zorgt voor het afhandelen en opvolgen van afmeldingen. Hierbij sta je in contact met de installateurs en verzamel je alle technische info bij het instellen van de nieuwe laadpunten, welke je ingeeft in ons systeem. info doorgeven aan Client Expert. Je staat in voor het afronden van de sales, zorgt dat alle gegevens worden opgeladen zodat dat het nieuwe laadpunt kan opstarten. Je verleent telefonische support bij problemen: stelt een eerste probleemanalyse, geeft advies en mogelijke oplossingen mee of maakt een ticket aan in het systeem zodat onze klanten verder geholpen kunnen worden. Verder sta je in voor de aanmaak en opvolging van Service-flow tickets bij aanvragen voor verhuis, demontage, overname, herstellingen, storingen etc. Met jouw kennis en expertise verleen je ook back-up voor collega's of beantwoord je hun vragen rond bijvoorbeeld: snelle diagnoses, parameters wijzigen, administratieve problemen, etc.

- Je toont pro activiteit, kunt zelfstandig werken en je werkt gemakkelijk samen in een team;
- Je kunt je gemakkelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans. Engels is een pré.
