Job Req Number: 77585 Time Type: Full Time **HR Project Specialist** Move forward as HR Project Specialist at DSV in Ghent. **About the role** Together with your colleague HR Assistant and Supervisor, HR Business Partner, you will support numerous administrative HR processes and HR projects. You will spend 50% of your time on administrative support and the other 50% working on various HR projects. In short, a challenging and varied position **Tasks**: - Working out various HR-related projects (onboarding, continuous improvement, HR processes, training and development, etc.); - Active participation in payroll preparation (for salaried and temporary employees); - Onboarding of new employees & administrative support such as preparing employment contracts, policies, ordering Smartphone, laptop, etc; - Management and follow-up of short - and long-term sickness and industrial accidents; - Management and registration of training courses; - Point of contact for employees with questions on social legislation; - Supporting the HR Business Partner with ad hoc activities; - Drafting and analysing reports (trade union council, management meeting, etc.); - Managing contacts with employment agencies; - Managing and checking invoices (employment agencies, training, gifts,...). **We are DSV, we grow** DSV is a global provider of transport and logistics services.
