Interface Coordinator

**Introductie**:
We are currently helping our client in their search for an Interface Coordinator.

**Functie**:
Interfaces Coordinator should be deployed on Site, in charge to identify stakeholders, structure a matrix, monitor and keep relationship with several parties who have a direct or indirect role during the execution of the project such as:

- OWNER’s local departments such as operation, security and emergency, technical offices
- Other Companies located inside the industrial complex (providing electricity, utilities tie-ins during construction or precomm’g, managing other ongoing projects not related to AN-ANT)
- Local Authorities who manage public roads and traffic
- Port of Antwerp Authority who manage barges traffic and materials delivery by the canal/river

In principle, he/she should be able to understands, develops and keep updated an interface matrix including time scheduling of the events, providing support to Site Management facilitating the execution of all events involving more parties/interfaces or authorities.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Languages: Dutch & English (very good)
- Minimum experience approx. 5 years,
- Able to manage relationships with external offices and third parties
