**Business Controller - Healthcare Leader**

**Business Controller - Your Tasks**
- Prepare and analyze **financial reports** to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize **margins and performance indicators** to improve profitability.
- Actively participate in **financial closings**, including analytical reviews and provision management.
- Identify **financial discrepancies**, propose corrective solutions, and enhance internal processes.
- Develop and implement **new financial tracking tools** to optimize data analysis.
- Collaborate on various **cross-functional projects** related to digitalization and reporting improvements.
**Business Controller - Your Profile**
- Fluent in **French**and **English**.
- At least **2 years of experience** in controlling, financial analysis, or auditing.
- You hold a **Master’s degree in finance, management, or auditing**.
