For a client active in the banking sector, we are looking for a File Administrator.
**Beschrijving**
As a file manager, you will be responsible for:
- Autonomously processing the files in a correct way and within the predefined standards (SLA) ;
- Reading and interpreting statutes with the aim of collecting the necessary legal information ;
- Collecting and entering tax data ( Qualified Intermediary, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act, Common Reporting Standard,...) ;
- Verification and/or validation of documents and creation and amendments of legal entities ;
- Provide telephone and written support to the Front Office for the processing of files.
More concretely, you will:
- Be responsible for the operational processing of files, both standard and combined and complex files for various types of clients ;
- End-to-end processing of files taking into account the transversal aspect of the bank ;
- Implementing the regulations of the compliance, legal and tax departments ;
- Finding the right balance between the legal obligations and a quality service to the clients and this within the set deadlines and service standards ;
- Proactively inform and advise on identified and upcoming changes that may have an impact on the client and its activities ;
- Interpreting, responding to and meeting the questions, needs and interests of both internal and external clients (what does the client ask versus legal framework,...) ;
- Understand the technological and operational processes within the bank and assess the impact of actions taken on the customer and/or other services ;
- Thinking critically when handling files.
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree ;
- You have a first experience (a plus) ;
- You have an interest in legal and tax aspects ;
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office ;
- You are analytical, autonomous and proactive ;
- You are solution oriented, structured and a team player.
