ABOUT THE JOB:
Due to expansion of our international team, we are looking for a permanent talent acquisition specialist for our Belgium market and a temporary recruiter based anywhere in Western Europe (for maternity leave). Both positions will be responsible for growth in Europe.The role consists of 5 important aspects:
Being a pro-active internal business partner by keeping your hiring managers informed, advised, and connected.
Participating in continuous improvement projects with the international team, to become an employer of choice and keep our processes lean & mean.
Log & process details in the relevant tooling

WHO YOU ARE:
These roles are mostly remote and as long as you are a EU resident, you can work anywhere in the CET timezone. We have offices in 12 different countries and there will always be an office nearby to occasionally meet colleagues.

WHOM YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:
You will be part of the international recruitment team, and you will be reporting into the International Recruitment Lead. The current recruitment team based in Spain (2), Belgium (1), Germany (1) and the Netherlands (1). You will be closely working with the local hiring managers, HR, country lead(s), and office managers. Occasionally, you will connect with the extended recruitment team from SDWorx for best practices.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED:

- Recruitment experience, the amount is less relevant than your enthusiasm and/or your motivation
- Bachelor level, degree is less important, it's your thinking level we're looking for
- Strong communicator and fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Familiar with generic recruitment tools, the concept of sourcing/hunting, and generic recruitment branding knowledge.
- A bubbly personality to spread the Adessa excitement (it’s contagious in the team)
- For the permanent role, knowledge of the Belgian market is a big plus
