The Braine-l'Alleud site specializes in chemical synthesis, development, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical products. **Votre mission** En tant que V.I.E Support Compliance, vous intégrerez l’équipe en charge de la conformité au sein du bâtiment B7, dédié à la production biologique de drug substance. Votre rôle consistera à accompagner les opérations de production en veillant à leur conformité réglementaire, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus. **Vos responsabilités** - Soutenir les activités de production en garantissant le respect des exigences qualité et réglementaires - Participer à la gestion et au pilotage des processus transversaux liés à la conformité - Contribuer à l’identification et à la prévention des risques - Promouvoir une culture qualité forte et durable au sein des équipes - Accompagner les collaborateurs vers l’excellence opérationnelle à travers des initiatives d’amélioration continue **Votre profil**: - Diplome : Bio ingénieur ou équivalent - Langues : Français, Anglais - Faire preuve d’un très bon esprit d’équipe - Savoir se montrer autonome et pro-actif - Savoir prendre des initiatives - Habilite à challenger positivement et argumenter - Prise de décision et responsabilité à son niveau - Apte à travailler dans un environnement dynamique - Faire face à des situations urgentes - Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite - Aptitude d'analyse et de synthèse - Créativité et esprit orienté "solution" **Please note that this program is in partnership with Business France, and we follow the prerequisites required by Business France to carry out a VIE assignment. The main participation prerequisites are as follows**: - Be between 18 and 28 years old; - Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area; - Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place; - Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time; - If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense); - Have a clean criminal record.
