**Are you Ready?**
As an Assistant Head Coach, you are responsible to monitor & manage all store areas & team members to drive commercial success and take on any operational tasks connected with this in the absence of the Head Coach.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
People
- Support Store Manager in recruiting process
- Prepare & conduct appraisals with Selling & Selling Support teams
- Staff planning based on peak trade, productivity, payroll & hours budget
- Conduct operational related trainings (e.g. loss prevention, complaint handling etc.)
- Measure training performance of store team (e.g. online trainings, face to face trainings etc.)
- Provide consistent coaching on sales, product and training in order to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
Product
- Responsible for all merchandise related processes
- Responsible for collecting, sharing & communicating merchandise feedback
- Responsible for stock & loss management
Performance
- Responsible for achieving targets by target breakdown, communication, follow-up, putting action plans in place & reporting all store KPIs (Sales, Conversion, UPT, ADT, Payroll, Secret Shop, Turnover, Staffing)
- Ensure sales results, goals and individual accountability are communicated to team members; hold tea members accountable to achieve individual and team objectives
- Responsible for all operations for loss prevention
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
- Role model and empower team to provide a customer-first experience that promotes a sales and service culture
Customer Service & CRM
- Identify & develop Customer data base
- CRM data gathering & quality management
- Support Head Coach / Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling
Processes & Systems
- Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed (Health & Safety, Store Operations, Loss Prevention etc.)
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Review and update the Break Room Communication Board
- Undertake all other relevant duties as required to ensure the store runs smoothly, efficiently and to expected standard in all areas
**M**inimum **Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar position where the ability to set, meet & exceed targets has been demonstrated
- Previous experience in managing a team by leading, motivating, training & developing through active management
- Commercial mindset
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Experience in networking & building relationships
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Fluent in a second language would be an advantage (spoken & written)
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed- COVID-19 considerations:_
