WHO YOU ARE

As a Business Navigation Specialist, you provide support for the Business Area Manager
- Business Navigation. You do this by ensuring that all invoices are handled in time for authorization and payment and by preparing controlling reports.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a BUSINESS NAVIGATION SPECIALIST, you
- Ensure that all invoices are properly coded, entered into the system, distributed, authorized and paid in a timely manner (CODA software)
- Process accounts payable/receivable in a timely manner
- Manage archive system
- Implement and maintain the accounting system
- Prepare monthly journal entries, including accruals
- Actively monitor expenditure (and act appropriate when deviation from budget goals)
- Prepare and execute the month end and year end closing
- Participate/prepare in reporting (KPI’s, GPR ,)
- Control and process cash reconciliation (including vouchers, bons,.)
- Handle tax refund requests
- Handle all correspondence (in and out going)
- Manage/order office supplies
- Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur
- Act as a backup for the support on cash line
