Are you an amazing **IT Sites Manager **eager to join our **IT Services team in** **IT Infrastructure department, **based in** Belgium?**

**As IT Sites Manager you will be responsible of IT support on main UCB sites located in Belgium, Switzerland and Germany.** **You connect with site stakeholders to continuously improve user experience. You drive continuous improvement of services delivered by our partner.**

**You will** **contribute** **by**:

- Driving and promoting the IT Services & Infrastructure strategy amongst all stakeholders
- Using your strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem resolution skills to lead key initiatives within IT Services team
- Understanding and owning IT infrastructure budget of your sites - CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Managing for the vendor management of main suppliers
- Being accountable for data quality of end user devices (Asset management)
**I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**:

- 10 years’ experience in IT Management role in a global company, preferably Pharma industry
- Experience in managing IT projects in a manufacturing context
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management process
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies and trending
- Ability to plan and understand OPEX/ CAPEX mechanism
- Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues (SMEs) and clients both at a high-level and at a technical level
- Ability to develop productive business relationships with internal team members through cooperation, courtesy, and professionalism
