**Function**:
For our site in Ghent, we are looking for a Junior Transportplanner.
- Your tasks:_
- Administrative follow-up of the transport orders and customer files.
- Handling errors and complaints in an open and customer-friendly way.
- Implementing proactive efficiency improvements.
- Drawing up and following up the planning of the drivers.
- Providing technical support to the drivers. In this way, you ensure that the planning of the drivers is optimal and efficient.
- In order to master all of this, you will receive thorough on-the-job training.

- You have a passion for transportation of goods, especially road transport.
- You have a bachelor's degree level in thinking and work.
- You preferably have a first job experience in a similar function or you have just graduated in logistics management.
- Administrative work does not scare you.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
- You have PC skills, learn an ERP system quickly and are fluent in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of the national road network is a plus
