The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The consultant will work with internal stakeholders to understand their marketing goals and objectives, and then design and implement solutions that meet those goals. The consultant will also provide training and support internal stakeholders on how to use the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

**As the Group Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant**:
Your responsibilities will be to:

- Design, implement, and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
- Provide support to internal business users on how to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionality.
- Work with peers to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud problems.
- Develop and deliver training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

**About you**:

- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with active participation on at least 1 implementation project.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms and marketing automation best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
