**PROGRAMME COORDINATOR**

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Programme Coordinator for our Customized Executive Education team**, responsible for the B2B sales, design & delivery of tailor-made programmes.

**The job**
- Take care of the delivery of both on campus and online Customised Executive Education programmes.
- Provide an authentic, warm and customer centric service.
- Be the central host for our participants and making sure they have a great Vlerick learning experience; professionally welcoming, supporting & guiding them during their entire journey and adding an occasional energy boost to keep them going.
- Be the SPOC towards different internal stakeholders such as operations, catering, faculty, and administrative support. You are a star at solving problems with a smile.
- Get involved in the delivery of programmes on our 3 campuses (Ghent-Brussels-Leuven) & 3rd party locations in Belgium, online and occasionally in the international delivery of programmes.

**You**
- Have mínimally a bachelor degree.
- Are very fluent in English and Dutch. This role requires a (near)-native level of both languages.
- Want to become an expert facilitator that knows how to catch people’s attention and inspire them. Public speaking, both on
- and offline is something you really enjoy doing.
- Have a customer-oriented, hands-on & problem-solving attitude.
- Can work independently and have a focus on continuous improvement.
- Embrace the use of video conferencing tools (such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams) and stay up to date of latest evolutions and updates that these solutions offer.
- Don’t mind flexible working hours. Joining participants during evening and occasional weekend activities is something you look forward to.
