Our client, a market leader in the services industry, is looking for a Comp & Ben coordinator & Team leader of two people.
**Beschrijving**

The Compensation & Benefits Coordinator works within the HR Department and is responsible for the following main tasks: Coordination of Payroll and Comp & Ben, People management of 2 people, the Comp&ben and HR budgets in general and Social Relations.

**Duties**:

- As compensation & benefits expert, you will ensure that our compensation strategy is in line with corporate objectives, labor market trends, regulations and social legislation. You are responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating and optimizing our benefits package. Together with your team, you manage the payroll, time registration, group insurances, cafeteria plan and policies regarding company cars, cell phones, etc. in a correct way. You follow up on legislation, formulate proposals, and ensure efficient C&B processes.
- In a customer-oriented and proactive way, you communicate to the organization and advise management and employees on C&B and social legislation.
- You play an active role in the social consultation bodies (works council, union delegation): you ensure a constructive climate, prepare the content of the meetings and are involved in the negotiations.
- You carry out HR projects and provide support in terms of budget management and HR reporting.
- You manage two employees who are responsible for personnel and salary administration, time registration, job management, contract management and reporting. Your experience in these areas allow you to coach them both qualitatively and competency-wise.
- You work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR advisors and report to the HR Manager.

**Profile**
- After obtaining your master's degree in law, you have gained extensive experience in a related HR function.
- You have a very good level in Dutch and French, and a good working knowledge of English. You have demonstrable expertise in social legislation, compensation & benefits, preferably also (in)directly with the management of a payroll, and experience with social consultation.
- You are a communicative team player, demonstrate leadership skills and enjoy fluent social contacts at all levels of the organization.
- You exhibit strong analytical skills and are a stress-resistant and dynamic self-starter.
- (HR)IS and MS Excel are no strangers to you (SuccessFactors, eBlox, Agresso, Assusoft).
