**Sales Associate**
To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales Associate capable of initiating and closing deals at the corporate level, starting with smaller pilot deals all the way to strategic long-term partnership deals.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
You ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability by designing and implementing business plans, sales processes, and strategiesYou build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships with customers, with a commitment to understanding their needsYou analyze customer health metrics, run NPS, and take action on customer insights and upsell opportunitiesYou negotiate contract terms that are beneficial to both Foodpairing and its customersYou maintain sales and activity reports through the use of CRM softwareYou work closely with our Solution Delivery team to ensure client satisfactionYou present sales, revenue and expense reports, and forecasts to the management teamYou assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans
- You assist in preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, closing, referral development, and other sales training materials
Who are you?You have minimum a Bachelor’s DegreeYou have 2+ years of experience in strategic sales or Account Management, either in a Saas/Tech company or a global consultancy firmYou have proven experience in managing consultative processes and projects within large enterprise organizationsYou are fluent in English, both written and spokenYou have amazing persuasion and negotiation skillsYou possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detailYou can tell a story vividly and you can translate data into insightful presentationsYou are a great team player and the opportunity to partner with team members cross-functionally excites youYou can work at least 2-3 days per week at our office in Ghent
