**Your Role**
- Defining and implementing test strategies and plans within the constraints of time and budget.
- Managing testing activities and aligning them with project goals.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure optimal test coverage.
- Proposing creative solutions to address challenges and ensure business value delivery.

**Your Profile**

**Must-haves**:

- Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing, with a proven ability to lead a team.
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Experience in defining test strategies and driving test process improvements.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Passion for coaching and motivating teams to deliver quality results.
- Affinity with Sogeti's philosophy of long-term relationships and customer service excellence.
