As Sr. Security Awareness Consultant you are responsible for: - further developing the Security Awareness portfolio, which of course must be future-proof;- business development;- leading and executing Security Awareness programs;- Guide Capgemini to become the market leader in Security Awareness. Skills and Requirements: As a thought leader in the field of Security Awareness you are a visionary and you want to disseminate knowledge both internally and externally. You are an authority in the field of Security Awareness. With your knowledge and skills you make the difference for our customers. What helps you with that?- you know how to respond to developments in the market, the needs of our customers and changes in legislation and regulations;- you know how to hold your own in "politically" complex environments;- you have a commercial drive. In addition, you bring: - a completed HBO or WO education, preferably in the social sciences;- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Security Awareness;- experience in consultancy;- preferably one or more security-related certifications (for example CISSP, CISM and / or ISO27001) or willing to obtain them.
