Weer een nieuw jaar en dus tijd voor goede voornemens Studeer je binnenkort af, of heb je al een eerste werkervaring achter de rug?** Ben je op zoek naar een eerste leuke baan **om onze wereld verder te digitaliseren? **Als business automation trainee** start je binnen ons young professional programma. Hier stomen we je klaar om als consultant deel uit ma-ken van onze dynamische NCore unit. Als young professional in doorloop je in ons hoofdkantoor in Mechelen een intensief opleidingstraject van 6-8 weken en word je persoonlijk begeleid. Je krijgt binnen dit traject trainingen in zowel hard skills, maar ook trainingen in de soft skills zodat je leert hoe je communiceert als een ervaren consultant.
Na het afronden van deze traineeship ben je als **business automation consultant **verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van software oplossingen voor onze klanten. Hierbij sta je in voor de optimalisatie van processen en het realiseren van applicaties op maat. Als brug tussen business en IT houd je je dagelijks bezig bij het implementeren van oplossingen. Je enthousiasme voor business improvement en efficiëntie verbeteringen laten je toe om onze klanten te inspireren zodat ze het meeste uit hun business automation project kunnen halen.
- Wie we zoeken
In acht weken stomen onze experts je klaar om bij onze klanten aan de slag te gaan. Bereid je voor op een reeks theoretische sessies, afgewisseld met praktijkoefeningen, zodat je ook hands-on ervaring kan opdoen.
Studeer je af als **master (voorkeur) of bachelor** in bijvoorbeeld software ontwikkeling, computerwetenschappen of in de ingenieurswetenschappen dan ben je meer dan welkom. Je neemt een** basiskennis mee binnen Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Blue-Prism, UiPath en Automation Anywhere**. Je hebt ook een affiniteit met **.NET, Azure, AI en Machine learning**. Een sterke interesse in digitale technologie en hoe dit ons in het dagdagelijks leven en in business helpt staat vooral centraal, dat willen we vooral voelen bij jou

Dit met de **nodige ondersteuning** van je managers en collega’s, uiteraard. Die ondersteuning garanderen we trouwens gedurende je hele loopbaan, want Ordina hecht ontzettend veel belang aan opleiding en ontwikkeling. Voor je het weet evolueer je zo misschien naar een experten rol.
