**Job Summary**

You take care of our international customers and own follow up for the orders for projects, products, spare parts and repairs from order to shipment. You are the primary interface between customers, our supply chain and our program office. You actively support management and play an important role in the wellbeing of the organization. In this role you will report to Director of Operations.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Own order administration and logistics for projects, products and spares using the ERP (Microsoft Business Central)
- Supports customer requests related to availability, lead times and pricing
- Support project deliveries and related invoicing in coordination with project managers
- Support sales with quotations
- Supports new business partner creation process and SOX administration
- Support periodic reporting needs
- Support and provide input to inventory management and forecasting process
- Support other functional teams or management, making travel arrangements/VISA, help organize customer visits or internal events or general administration support

**Requirements**:

- Experience with international sales and logistics of electronic goods
- Dutch, Fluent English and French
- Values colleague relations and team spirit
- Driven to improve and make processes more efficient
- Cost aware

**Education/Previous Experience**
- Bachelor with experience in order administration in international context
