Main tasks:

- Provide support on W10/11
- Provide support on Office software (O365)
- Handling & follow up of IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or our ticketingtool. Escalating to other teams and partners if needed.
- Creating, reviewing and keeping documentation up to date, creating (draft) communications towards our customers.

Service Desk Agent should therefore be in the possession of:

- Good technical background & analytical skills are required.
- Knowledge of Windows 10.
- Trilingual (Dutch, French and English) with good communication skills and a pleasant demeanour. Either Dutch or French is a prerequisite.
- The ability to find the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds while escalating the issue with a clear description/analysis to the other teams/partners.
- First experience in a similar position is a plus.
