**Description**:
**We are looking for a Junior Facility Officer and ICTS Support (M/F/x) for a company located in Brussels.**

**Your main responsibilities and tasks as a Facility Officer and ICTS Support (M/F/x)**

For the HS&Facility department:

- Assist the HS&Facility officer daily and be the main backup within the following but non exhaustive situations:

- Daily check of the office to make sure the offices are clean and ready for daily operations
- Manage requests in the facility mailbox/help centre ticketing system
- Check meeting room bookings and organise their set up liaising with the cleaning company/handyman if needed.
- Support logístical aspects for the internal or external events;
- Assist the HS&Facility team for HS&F projects;
- Liaise with HR and line managers to organize new joiners’ first day:

- Prepare and provide ICT material, and relevant guidance;
- Provide facilities training in meeting rooms on Audio Video system, including preparing information about all relevant guidelines and digital platforms;
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement procedures.

For the Support domain department:

- Provide onsite and remote support;
- Correctly logs incidents and faults, categorise, and prioritise them in line with team procedures;
- Resolve 1st Line technical issues over Zendesk ticketing, via live chat, or on-site in a friendly and professional manner;
- Escalade to Level 2 or Level 3 experts if necessary and make the follow up with the customer;

**Profil**

**Profile**:

- Education: secondary diploma and/or bachelor’s in facility management or related field
- English and French or Dutch proficient user level is mandatory to deal with external providers
- Relevant experience as IT generalist with past work experiences in the facility department, knowledge of SharePoint environment is a plus
- Multi-tasking/hands-on is essential as tasks are very different (from facilities interventions to IT members support)
- Reactive and well organised. We are looking for someone who has a problem-solving approach with ICT diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hardware: notebooks, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Cloud solution - Active Directory - Azure and MS Exchange, Windows 10/11 OS as well as iOS and Android is a plus
- Basic knowledge in PowerShell command and networking (Wi-Fi, LAN)
- ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus.
