**Functie**
- As team leader, you are building up the capacity and competence of the Validation activity within stow Robotics.
- With your team, define and develop Verification & Validation procedures, work instructions, test scripts, and other documentation to demonstrate that the system is fit for its purpose and satisfies the stakeholders’ requirements.
- Create and monitor the document structure: test reports, test protocols
- Recommend corrective actions and obtain stakeholder acceptance of validation results.
- Define and develop strategies for verification and validation, including the use of simulators and testbeds.
- Log defects and issues found during V&V activities and track to closure.
- Prioritize project tasks to complete them on schedule while maintaining the quality of work.
- Promote the use of model-based systems engineering approaches, requirements management, defect management, and test management.
- Collaborate closely and stay aligned with other groups, both within and external to stow Robotics
- Lead technical design reviews at various stages of the program lifecycle.
- Administrate the team and support our engineers’ development.

**Functie-eisen**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the material handling, manufacturing, automation, machine, or aerospace industries.
- Hands-on design and/or testing experience of electronic or electromechanical products, subsystems, or components.
- Autonomous and team player.
- Structured and organized.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as PTC Integrity or similar is +
- English is a must (B2 or higher).
