**Finance & Accounting Manager**:
**The Traxial team is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing organization.**
As F&A Manager, you will be responsible for the financial ins and outs of the three companies of the Magnax group. You will work closely with the CEO to shape and implement the financial strategy.
You will be a member of the management team, work across organization and report directly to the CEO.
**Your responsibilities**
- You lead the periodic and year-end closures with passion and insight.
- You ensure that all legal financial obligations are fulfilled for the three entities.
- You also contribute to the optimization of administrative processes and internal controls.
- You are a valuable link in the further integration and use of the ERP package.
- You organize and supervise the activities of the accounting team to ensure effective and efficient support to the organization.
- You stay up-to-date with financial, accountancy and tax regulations and best practices.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business management;
- Minimum of seven years of experience with good knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial management;
- Experience with ERP system(s) in a manufacturing environment is a plus;
- Attention to detail, accuracy and discretion;
- Well organized, practical and hands-on mentality;
- Good people management skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
