All of this is taking shape in increasingly cloud-oriented environments (AWS/Azure). As such, it is essential to ensure that all this information is processed in a secure manner for our customers, brokers, partners and employees.

In this context, we are looking for a Security Regulatory & 3rd Party Security Expert

Your role:

- Accountable for overseeing, measuring, and driving efforts to systematically maintain and increase, maturity and effectiveness of security regulatory and 3rd party security governance processes and controls in AXA Belgium.
- You Gains and helps maintain SecurityOffice team’s end-to-end understanding of relevant AXA Belgium landscape and its evolution (Insurance business context and eco-system, IT & Digitalization context, and relevant security-related regulations, incl. DORA).
- Engages, collaborates, and aligns closely with relevant functions across AXA Belgium organization, including DPO, Legal, Business & IT Compliance, Risk, and Procurement teams.
- Provides security regulatory expertise/insights. Coordinates and supports security regulatory compliance reviews. Coordinates and supports security dimension in Outsourcing Oversight and Vendor Risk Management processes (incl. security assessments & security in contracts). Coordinates and supports response to Corporate Customer and Partner security demands.
- Ensures assurance & evidences for the formal security control objectives in this area, and contributes accordingly to overall AXA Belgium security assessments (ISO27K, regulatory, and Group Security).
- Identifies potential gaps between upcoming/evolving security regulatory and compliance expectations, and AXA Belgium setup and processes, and proposes and help drive security risk reduction/improvement activities (incl. project mgmt. of local initiatives and/or roll-out of Group initiatives).
- Produces clear management-level presentations giving comprehensible view on current AXA Belgium’s security posture/risks related to security regulatory and 3rd party security, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Can work autonomously and proactively, involving CSO and SecurityOffice colleagues, and strongly contributing to one overall Security Team voice in the organization, in partnership with Business & IT.

**Profile**:

- Ideally, you have a Master's degree in IT / Security or relevant experience
- You have at least two years' experience in the field of data protection
- You have a good capacity to manage several projects

at the same time, and you have a strategic vision of security-related aspects.
- You work independently and can perform several tasks at the same time.
- You are detail-oriented

and have a strong work ethic.
- You are a problem solver and have excellent analytical skills.
- Knowledge of

ISO 27001 is an added advantage.
- You are fluent in English and one of the two national languages (French/Dutch).
