**Job Description Summary**:
To strengthen the Benelux Tender & Pricing (T&P) team, we are looking for a
**Tender & Pricing Team Leader**
**Role**:
As the Tender & Pricing Team Leader you have the responsibility to lead a team of T&P representatives and the sales support team. You are responsible for the day-to-day management to achieve the agreed goals by monitoring the workload and dividing various tasks accordingly. You serve as the first point of contact for our internal customers for T&P related tasks, you will act as a role model and drive & support Customer Experience Excellence and embed a customer centric culture in the T&P organization.
You will directly report to the Customer Care Leader Benelux.
**Responsibilities**:
**Operational t**eam management**
- Lead, develop, motivate and support the T&P team and coordinate the day-to-day management. Monitor and analyze service provided by your team to be able to identify possible improvements and propose corrective action(s)
- Closely follow up of the timely submission of tender dossiers
- Work closely with the team to analyze customer purchasing conditions in accordance with the legal requirements and BD conditions of sales
- Play an active role in embedding the customer centric culture and behaviors in our Customer Service organization.
- Assure progress in the various Customer Experience Excellence initiatives
- Drive, support & effectively communicate strategic management decisions to the team
**Business partner for our internal customers**
- Further develop and drive strategic partnership with our business stakeholders to invest in qualitative, strategic, and commercial collaboration.
- Drive proactive communication and effectively manage customer’s expectations with realistic timelines.
**People Management**
- Coach team members in their daily tasks and project work
- Develop and implement individual development plans including training, performance assessment, coaching
- Actively drive team development, share best practices and ensure new team members receive a thorough and consistent onboarding
- Guide and motivate your team through changes, integration and transformation
- **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equal through working experience
- Experience in contract and tender management
- Experience in people management
- A hands-on and solution-oriented mentality that results in a pro-active approach
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of interpersonal & intrapersonal dimensions and competences
- Ability to deal with stress & change
- Good organization skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of MS office
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both oral & written
