Join our dynamic team at the SDCoE (Software Delivery Center of Excellence) in the Foundation & Transversal Services department. We are a group of dedicated professionals with a mission to streamline the Software Development Lifecycle and promote a standard way of working with regard to Software Development.

- The SDCoE (Software Delivery Center of Excellence) is a centralized
ITI4IT-team within the department Foundation & Transversal Services
- The team consists of dedicated people with a mission to streamline the Software Development Lifecycle, promote a standard way of working with regard to Software Development by supporting best practices for wide-scale adoption within the organization.

**What do we do?**
- Streamline the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
- Promote a standard way of working with regard to Software Development
- Supporting Best Practices for wide-scale adoption within the organization
- Coaching and training people and teams in the above areas

**What are we looking for?**

Key responsabilities:

- Being responsible for. Net patterns and shared libraries available to the development teams
- Coach and guide other development teams on software development best practices.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into our development processes and make available to the development teams.
- Be open to exploring, learning, and implementing other technologies as required.
- Collaborate our partne to implement deployment pipelines and enable devops practices to understand and improve our deployment pipeline.

**your Profile**
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
- At least 5 years of experience in.Net architecture and deployment in a cloud environment (preferably Azure)
- At least have experience in one other technology (React, PHP, JavaScript,)
- Experience in coaching and guiding other teams.
- Knowledge and practical experience with DevOps and related tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Dutch or French and English
