**Description**:

Technical & analytical skills:

Identify, collect and analyze information
- User Experience principles
- Product backlog management - User Story level
- Analyze User Stories (refine requirements into functionalities/ features) & evaluate product issues (Analyze the business requirements and translate them into functional requirements)
- Communication:

- Order/ provide visibility in the backlog
- Communicate the backlog to the entire scrum team
- Closely work together with the Product Manager (realize the strategic objectives defined by the product manager)
- Help scrum team to focus on common goals and collaborate toward success
- Organize product demo’s
- Facilitating:

- Order and make the backlog visible, communicate the backlog to the entire scrum team
- Closely work together with the Product Manager (implement the product vision/ strategic objectives defined by the product manager)
- Coach colleague functional analyst PO’s
- Organize product demo’s
- Decision making:

- Take crucial decisions with regards to product issues, after considering all arguments
- Closely work together with the Product Manager (realize the strategic objectives defined by the product manager)
- Organize product demo’s
- Conflict resolution
- Resolve prio conflict situations between architect/ analyst & developers
